AIRO Part 2 - The Framework for AI Readiness

But it’s not just a compliance problem. Once uncovered, shadow AI often becomes the spark for meaningful automation and governance conversations.
   
   
3. Turn Visibility Into Value - Use the data from your assessment to build recommendations: which tools to formalize, where workflows can be automated, and what adoption metrics matter most. That’s how MSPs move from “managing IT” to managing outcomes.
